Summary: We are seeking a Workday Technical Architect for a 6-month contract to join our client's Workday Platform team in Luton. This hybrid role involves designing and implementing scalable Workday solutions to meet complex HR business challenges. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and enterprise standards. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities across the Workday platform.
- Analyse business context to shape solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and recommend solution options, including RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes.
- Define solution roadmaps and ensure architecture is aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures.
- Provide strategic technical direction and maintain oversight across Workday modules.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Workday Technical Architect, particularly within the HR domain.
- Expertise in Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning modules.
- Demonstrated ability to design and architect end-to-end Workday solutions.
- Strong background in developing Workday reporting and analytics.
