Summary: The Workday HCM & Compensation Lead is responsible for leading the HCM & Compensation workstream in a large-scale Workday implementation. This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying Workday HCM and Compensation modules while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Workday HCM implementations and possess strategic and hands-on capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HCM & Compensation workstream within a full Workday implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM and Compensation functionality.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading a Workday HCM implementation with a focus on Compensation.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM configuration and best practices.
  • Experience managing and delivering workstreams in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • SA-level capability, able to operate strategically and hands-on.

Salary (Rate): £750 daily

Location: London (2–3 days onsite per week)

Rate: £700–£750 per day (Outside IR35)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Specialist (SA level) to lead the HCM & Compensation workstream for a large-scale Workday implementation. You will take ownership of the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM and Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
