Summary: The Workday Developer/Solution Architect role in London involves leveraging strong Workday development skills, particularly in the Talent and Recruit modules, to create and optimize technical solutions for complex business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Strong Workday development experience with a focus on Talent Module, Reporting, Calculations, Recruit Module, and Reporting & Security modules.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent and Recruit modules.
- Develop and optimize business processes (BPs), calculated fields, and condition rules.
- Implement Workday reporting solutions (Advanced, Composite, BIRT).
- Build custom reports and dashboards for HR, recruiting, and talent management.
- Create calculated fields for advanced compensation, security, and compliance reporting.
- Develop custom analytics and metrics for workforce planning and talent insights.
- Maintain Workday security roles and domain policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and configure Workday solutions.
- Support Workday system upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical documentation and training to end users.
