Summary: The role of Workday Reporting Consultant involves designing, building, and optimizing custom reports and dashboards within Workday HCM and/or Finance for a global client based in London. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and ensure data accuracy and performance in reporting. Additionally, the role includes providing guidance on best practices and supporting testing and documentation of reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced, matrix, and composite Workday reports
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for strategic decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance in all reporting
- Provide guidance and best practices for Workday reporting and analytics
- Support testing, training, and documentation of reporting solution
Key Skills:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting
- Strong understanding of Workday data sources and reporting tools
- Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, or both
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Workday certification in Reporting (preferred but not required)
