Key Responsibilities:

- Experience with Dashboards, Scorecards & Trending Reports.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to deliver data analysis for decision-making.
- Experience in operational/BAU Workday environments.

My client is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst with deep expertise in Workday reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders, designing fit-for-purpose reports, developing dashboards, and ensuring Workday's reporting functionality is leveraged to its fullest potential. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong Workday reporting experience across HCM and/or Finance modules.
Candidates must have the following skills/experience:
- Workday certifications (at least 2) must include Workday Reporting/Advanced Reporting; others may include HCM, Financials, or Analytics (S&I)
- Advanced Workday reporting experience including; Calculated Fields, Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports Dashboards, Scorecards & Trending Reports
- Strong experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into reports
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis to support decision-making
- Experience supporting at least 2 full Workday implementations or enhancement projects
- Experience working in an operational/BAU Workday environment
