On behalf of DFE, we are looking for a Workday Recruitment Support Officer (Inside IR35) for a contract which runs to the end of March 2027 and is a hybrid role so does require up to 3 days a week in either the Sheffield or Manchester offices.
Support the management and delivery of the implementation of Workday recruitment, replacing our existing Applicant Tracking system.
Responsibilities
- Understand the current 'as is 'recruitment process and where this is likely to change with the implementation of Workday recruitment.
- Support design workshops, document key changes in the recruitment process and develop expertise that will enable knowledge transfer, upskilling and ability to draft user guides.
- Support the recruitment SME in identifying impact on the recruitment team.
- Understand and embed the new HR operating model with the RBP team and wider business.
- Engagement with HR change and engagement team
- Upskilling and adoption sessions for recruitment team
- Drafting user guides and journeys to
- Upskilling and adoption/engagement sessions for end users including drop in sessions
- Lead functional testing including drafting test scripts, developing a test plan, documenting test results and ensuring the test-fix-retest cycle is maintained
- Lead user acceptance testing, working with the colleague experience team
Essential Skills
- Experience in the support of recruitment teams and in particular recruitment software launches
- General project support in busy departments for recruitment
- Extensive stakeholder engagement across the department
- Experience of drafting documents and reports
- Change skillset in project support
- Strong self starter with a proactive approach to all duties
