Summary: The Workday Recruiting Product Manager will engage in a contractual role, focusing on the management and enhancement of Workday Recruiting and related talent solutions. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define business needs and implement recruitment technologies, particularly HiredScore. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Manager experience partnering closely with the business on requirements, prioritization and roadmap for Workday Recruiting and related talent solutions
- Experience leading business engagement, requirements definition and change management for the rollout of recruitment technologies, including HiredScore. Previous experience of HiredScore (a Workday product) is a major plus.
- Strong track record working with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT and Compliance stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear product and delivery plans
- Proven project management capability, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking and executive-ready status reporting
- Demonstrated change and adoption leadership, including communications, training coordination and support for new ways of working in recruitment teams
