Summary: The Workday Project Manager at AXA will lead the implementation of technology and tools for Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills mobilisation in Workday across AXA UK for a 12-month period. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate resources, manage project teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Create and deliver communication and training plans to prepare the organisation for new systems and processes.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including user support, engagement, and ongoing adoption.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems like Workday.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Proven experience managing complex projects with Workday implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI (Project Management Institute), Prince2, or Agile.
