Summary: The Workday Project Manager will oversee multiple small projects ranging from £50k to £200k, focusing on the delivery of changes to the client’s Workday ecosystem. The role requires effective stakeholder management and collaboration with various teams, including DevSecOps and ERP systems. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is preferred, but deep technical knowledge of the platform is not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of multiple small projects as part of the 2–3 year roadmap of changes to the client’s Workday ecosystem (including Peakon, Adaptive, Extend & Prism)
- Report to the Workday product group owner
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance and Technology
- Work with ERP’s DevSecOps delivery team, the Cognizant AMS supplier and Workday support teams
Key Skills:
- Experience managing multiple small projects (£50k–£200k)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
