Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of Workday implementation, integration, and optimisation projects.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, Workday consultants, and third-party vendors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate testing efforts, change management, and training activities to ensure successful user adoption.
  • Ensure Workday configurations and enhancements meet business requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
