  • Collaborate closely with the current Product Owner to understand existing plans, initiatives, and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead tactical execution while preserving strategic direction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and business, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional product teams to support dependencies.
  • Ensure smooth communication with HR, IT, and functional partners.
  • Coordinate across teams to keep deliverables on track, clarify requirements, and make trade-off decisions when needed.
  • Maintain transparency and keep priorities aligned.
  • Ensure adherence to agile practices and contribute to a collaborative squad culture.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and support ongoing performance feedback within the squad.

The product owner will be joining a global agile Core HR team and will be responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery for key HR processes within Core HR.
