Workday Product Manager

Summary: The Workday Product Manager is tasked with defining, managing, and optimizing Workday applications to align with business needs. This role serves as a liaison among business stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, IT, and vendors to ensure the Workday platform provides maximum value. The position requires a strong understanding of various Workday modules and experience in product management or HRIS/ERP ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and optimize Workday applications (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR/Finance teams, IT, and vendors
• Ensure the Workday platform delivers maximum value
• Design and optimize business processes
• Utilize Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Prism Analytics)
• Manage integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs)
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, etc.)
• Experience in product management or HRIS/ERP ownership
