Summary: The Workday Prism Consultant role involves leading and delivering Workday Prism implementations for a large global consultancy. The consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting needs and integrate external data with Workday data. This position requires a strong background in Workday Financials and financial data modeling, along with excellent communication skills. The contract is initially for 6 months with a likelihood of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Workday Prism implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Integrate, transform, and visualize external data alongside Workday data using Prism.
- Build advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reporting, and Prism Analytics.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on interpreting and utilizing reports.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with Workday Prism and Workday Financials.
- Strong accounting/finance background with deep expertise in financial data modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
