Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end payroll testing in Workday, including payroll runs, adjustments, and statutory payments.
- Validate gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Perform UAT & SIT testing, ensuring payroll accuracy and system integrations.
- Test integrations with HMRC RTI (FPS & EPS), ROI ROS submissions, pensions, and finance systems.
- Reconcile Workday payroll outputs with legacy systems and support parallel payroll testing.
- Log and track defects, working with teams to resolve discrepancies.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on Workday UK Payroll testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK & ROI payroll legislation (tax, NI, statutory payments, pensions).
- Experience with RTI reporting, payroll reconciliations, and integrations.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Preferred: Workday Payroll configuration experience & BACS/SEPA processing knowledge.
