Summary: The Workday Learning Implementation Lead will oversee the transition of the Learning Management System to Workday Learning for Greystar's Europe and APAC regions. This role requires expertise in Workday Learning and a strong understanding of compliance and training requirements in these regions. The lead will ensure minimal disruption to training activities while managing stakeholder expectations and project documentation. Additionally, the position involves configuring the new system, conducting data migration, and providing training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the EU / APAC Subject Matter Expert on Workday Learning and manage the project to meet specific regional needs.
  • Prioritize the End User experience in decision-making to optimize Workday Learning capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the US HRIS Team to implement the comprehensive project plan.
  • Manage stakeholder requirements and provide necessary documentation for decision-making and sign-off.
  • Analyze current learning provision to minimize change impact in configuration decisions.
  • Configure and customize Workday Learning based on existing LMS usage habits.
  • Conduct data migration while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Integrate existing content for seamless access and usability.
  • Ensure compliance and mandatory training setup aligns with EU and APAC regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the transition process and system configuration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues or risks promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training and support to end-users for proficiency in the new system.
  • Assist with change management efforts for smooth adoption of Workday Learning.
  • Stay updated with Workday Learning features and recommend improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable success in previous Learning Technology roles.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing the Workday Learning module.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
