Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of programming best practices for Workday Extend applications.
- Develop and implement a minimum of four Workday Extend applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to produce pragmatic solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Integrate Workday with Outlook APIs to enhance workflow automation and data synchronization.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs) to summarize chat interactions and improve communication efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Expert proficiency in the Workday Extend platform.
- Extensive experience in designing, estimating, and building custom software applications in Workday Extend.
- Deep understanding of Workday data and security models.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Experience in web service technologies (REST and SOAP).
- Proven leadership in delivering complex technology solutions.
- Exceptional consulting skills to translate business problems into IT software requirements.
- Excellent understanding of project methodologies and their contribution to successful projects.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and perform effectively in complex situations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with minimal out-of-region travel as needed.
