Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize 4 to 8 years of experience on Workday HCM for implementation or AMS.
- Implement and manage Workday integrations including Connectors, EIBs, and Studio.
- Translate requirements and process logic into actionable code and functional requirements.
- Work with XML and XSLT transformations, file formats, FTP, APIs, and web services.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide practical problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret customer issues.
- Organize and prioritize support, projects, and deliverables effectively.

§ 4 to 8 years of genuine experience on Workday HCM (implementation or AMS).
§ Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (Connectors, EIBs, Studio etc)
§ Workday HCM core knowledge.
§ Good knowledge of XML and XSLT transformations.
§ Experience with file formats, FTP, APIs, web services and engines.
§ Workday Studio experience.
§ Ability to translate requirements and process logic into actionable code and functional requirements.
§ Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, Jira etc.
§ Certification for Workday integrations or equivalent is desirable.
