Summary: The Workday Integration Lead is tasked with managing the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday and external systems during a global implementation. This role emphasizes alignment with business needs, data governance, and security standards while leading a team of integration consultants and developers. The position requires extensive experience in HRIS/ERP integrations, particularly with Workday, and involves collaboration with various stakeholders. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence for 2 or 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration workstream across all phases of the Workday implementation.
  • Define integration strategy, architecture, and governance.
  • Manage a team of integration consultants and developers.
  • Collaborate with functional leads, security teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee the development of EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and custom integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy and security regulations.
  • Drive integration testing and support defect resolution.
  • Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP integrations, with 4+ years in Workday.
  • Proven experience leading global Workday integration projects.
  • Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data security, GDPR, and global compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
