Summary: We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Lead specializing in Absence and Compensation to oversee end-to-end Workday implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and functional expertise, particularly in Core HR, Absence, and Compensation. The position is client-facing and involves leading complex deployments within a global program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday and a proven track record in delivering successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence, Compensation)
  • Gather requirements, configure solutions, conduct testing, and support deployment
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery
  • Deliver training and support to drive user adoption and system optimisation
  • Stay current with Workday product updates and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies

Key Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM
  • Minimum of five full lifecycle Workday implementations
  • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday Core HR, Compensation, and Absence
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Lead with a strong track record in delivering end-to-end Workday implementations, specifically across Core HR, Absence, and Compensation.   • Ability to manage complex, global implementations independently and collaboratively

Desirable Experience:

  • Additional expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, or Recruiting

  • Previous experience in a consulting environment

  • Multilingual candidates preferred (Spanish and Portuguese highly desirable; Czech, Romanian, or Bulgarian also beneficial)
