Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Workday training strategy aligned to programme and business objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis across HR, Finance, and broader user groups
  • Design role-based learning journeys for different audiences
  • Create instructor-led training materials, e-learning, and job aids
  • Ensure content reflects configured Workday processes and data
  • Manage updates to training materials post go-live and during releases
  • Deliver classroom-based and virtual training for HR, Finance, managers, and end users
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions where appropriate
