Workday HCM & Financials Trainer

Summary: The Workday HCM & Financials Trainer is tasked with designing, developing, and delivering training solutions to facilitate the effective adoption of Workday's Human Capital Management and Financials modules within the organization. This role involves creating training strategies, developing content, and delivering training sessions to various user groups. The trainer must ensure that the training materials are aligned with business objectives and reflect the configured Workday processes. The position is based in London and operates on a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Workday training strategy aligned to programme and business objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis across HR, Finance, and broader user groups
• Design role-based learning journeys for different audiences
• Create instructor-led training materials, e-learning, and job aids
• Ensure content reflects configured Workday processes and data
• Manage updates to training materials post go-live and during releases
• Deliver classroom-based and virtual training for HR, Finance, managers, and end users
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions where appropriate
• Adapt delivery to suit different learning styles and system familiarity levels

Key Skills:

• Proven experience training users on Workday HCM and Financials
• Strong understanding of HR and Finance processes in Workday
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Experience designing and delivering system training materials
