Workday HCM Core Test Lead

Summary: The Workday HCM Core Test Lead will oversee testing efforts for Workday HR implementation projects in Warwick, UK. This role involves developing and executing test plans, managing defect tracking, and mentoring junior testers while ensuring high-quality delivery of HR solutions. The position is hybrid, requiring three days on-site work. The contract duration is between 3 to 6 months with an inside IR35 classification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts for Workday HR implementation projects.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
• Mentor junior testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• 5-8 years of experience in Workday HCM testing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HR modules.

Salary (Rate): £420 daily
