Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Workday HCM modules including Absence, Core HCM, Security, Recruitment, and Advanced Compensation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain system integrity.
Key Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules such as Absence, Core HCM, Security, Recruitment, and Advanced Compensation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
