Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support a global client on a 6-month contract. The role involves configuring and supporting Workday HCM Core modules, leading implementations, and providing functional expertise across various modules. The consultant will also collaborate with technical teams and support testing and deployment activities. This position requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a hybrid working arrangement in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM Core modules
- Lead and support Workday implementations and enhancements
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
- Provide functional expertise across Recruiting and Talent modules
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (nice to have)
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core
- Experience across Recruiting and Talent modules
- Proven background as a Workday Functional Consultant
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Workday integrations (nice to have)
- Workday certifications (preferred but not essential)
