Evolve IT Recruitment is currently recruiting for Workday HCM Consultant contractor for one of our clients based in Edinburgh; working alongside their inhouse technology teams you will provide enhancements and support across the Workday landscape, helping deliver new functionality and increasing user-friendliness and efficiency. Reviewing processes and optimising services is a key element of the role as is supporting the HR technology team and Workday Extend applications and any integrations into the company wide technology infrastructure.
Other responsibilities include:
- Providing user support across all departments
- Maintaining a high level of compliance to data management and data security policies and procedures
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of existing standards and procedures, and delivering effective user support materials and guides
Experience required:
- Extensive knowledge and administration experience in the Workday platform at a technical level, including the following areas: HCM, Recruiting, Extend, Studio, Learning, Career Hub, Advanced Compensation, Report Writing, Security, Calculated Fields
