Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR staff and managers with navigating new processes and understanding system logic
  • Monitor system usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement or reconfiguration
  • Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and Workday functionality
  • Document and implement approved changes to Workday configurations
  • Ensure alignment between Workday configurations and existing HR workflows
  • Support annual processes such as open enrollment, merit increases, and position budgeting
