Summary: The Workday Functional & Technical Consultant role involves providing expert guidance during the discovery phase of a new Workday implementation, focusing on HCM and Finance functions. This position requires strong stakeholder management skills and a blend of functional and technical expertise in Workday. The role is hybrid, allowing work from London, Glasgow, or Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance during the discovery stage of Workday implementation.
• Map high-level business requirements to Workday functionality.
• Identify technical requirements and challenges, offering recommended solutions.
• Engage in senior stakeholder management within a consulting context.
• Deliver Workday HCM and Finance solutions effectively.
• Navigate system integrations and manage greenfield implementations.

Key Skills:

• Solid experience in delivering Workday HCM solutions, particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday Finance solutions.
• Strong technical background in Workday Integrations, Data Migration, Security, System Architecture, and Customisations.
• Sound knowledge of Workday functional areas, especially Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services (WWS), and Workday Cloud Connect.
• Experience in greenfield implementations and navigating system integrations.
