Workday Financials Senior Manager - R2R Specialist

Summary: The Workday Financials Senior Manager - R2R Specialist will lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations, guiding clients on best practices and managing stakeholder relationships. This role involves supporting team development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions in a consultancy environment. The position is primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements in London. The role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations.
• Guide clients on best practices, particularly around general ledger, period close, allocations, and financial reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering Workday Financials projects, with a focus on R2R processes.
• Consulting background with a track record of managing complex finance transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Workday's capabilities within finance operations.
• Workday certifications (especially in Financials) are beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary (Rate): £110,000.00
