Summary: The Workday Financials Senior Manager - R2R Specialist will lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations, guiding clients on best practices and managing stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Record to Report workstreams on large-scale Workday Financials implementations.
- Guide clients on best practices, particularly around general ledger, period close, allocations, and financial reporting.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
- Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering Workday Financials projects, with a focus on R2R processes.
- Consulting background with a track record of managing complex finance transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Workday's capabilities within finance operations.
- Workday certifications (especially in Financials) are beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
