Summary: The Workday Financials Programme Director will lead the implementation of Workday Financials for a global financial services client, focusing on European operations. This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale Workday Financials projects and involves collaboration with local stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The position also includes establishing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Hybrid working arrangements and some European travel are expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus
- Experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale
- Shape, define and drive delivery of a holistic European implementation programme, encompassing each of the in scope business locations
- Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities
- Establish and orchestrate European governance forums and stakeholder management that ensures effective delivery, adherence to local regulatory policies and business controls
- Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale
