Workday Financials Manager - O2C Specialist

Summary: The role of Order to Cash - Workday Financials Senior Consultant or Manager involves leading O2C workstreams within complex Workday Financials implementations. This position requires advising clients on best practices and owning solution design while mentoring junior consultants. It offers an opportunity to engage in enterprise transformation programmes in a client-facing leadership capacity. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, primarily remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Order to Cash workstreams within complex Workday Financials implementations.
• Advise clients on O2C best practices, including billing, customer contracts, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
• Own solution design and configuration across the O2C lifecycle.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development within the team.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in Workday Financials, specifically across the Order to Cash process.
• Proven background in consulting and delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of finance operations and Workday's functionality in O2C.
• Workday certifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent client engagement and leadership skills.
