Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This hybrid role, based in the City of London, requires a skilled professional to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning for financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and develop scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
• Optimise financial models, planning structures, and reporting frameworks within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Support integration between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve financial insights and decision-making.
• Conduct user training and documentation to support adoption across finance teams.
• Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices to enhance system efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Workday Financial Consultant, with hands-on expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting within Workday.
• Experience integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials and other data sources.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, scenario planning, and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimise and automate financial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday certifications in relevant modules (desirable but not mandatory).
