Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Consultant with expertise in Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Centres to join our client’s team on a contract basis. This role will be based in the City of London with a hybrid working model. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, configuration, and implementation support for Workday Financials, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of functionalities. The position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance financial reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Financials, with a focus on Prism Analytics and Accounting Centres.
- Support data transformation, reporting, and dashboard development using Workday Prism Analytics.
- Ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting by optimizing Accounting Centres functionalities.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver best-in-class Workday solutions.
- Provide hands-on configuration expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and provide training/documentation to end-users.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial reporting, analytics, and business processes.
- Stay up to date with Workday updates, new features, and best practices to maximize system efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Workday Financial Consultant, ideally within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Centres.
- Expertise in Workday Financials, Data Management, and Integrations.
- Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial data structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize Workday configurations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Workday certifications in relevant modules (desirable but not mandatory).
