Summary: The Finance SME will lead the system development life cycle for Workday Financials, focusing on design, development, testing, and deployment of new features. This role involves managing client relationships, providing post-production support, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The position requires expertise in Workday Financials and offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology in a dynamic environment. The role is based in Glasgow and requires on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and support of Workday Financials modules (Accounting, Banking, Budgets, Projects, Cash Management).
  • Provide post-production support and enhancements for Workday Financials.
  • Manage client relationships, resolving support issues and overseeing implementations.
  • Lead sessions to analyze and scope complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams on day-to-day activities, incidents, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and recommend Workday best practices.
  • Proactively engage with clients to exceed expectations and provide expert advice.
  • Foster internal relationships and contribute to the growth of our practice.
  • Take initiative on internal projects as needs arise.

Key Skills:
