We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in data analytics to join our team focused on enhancing finance capabilities via the Workday platform. The successful consultant will play an integral role in driving transformation within the finance domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, and exploring opportunities for continuous improvement within the Workday technology environment.

The core duties of the role include:

• Contributing to the development and delivery of various functionalities within the Workday platform.

• Documenting technical architecture designs to support finance capabilities.

• Overseeing implementation and modifications of technical architecture.

• Collaborating closely with engineers to maintain high development standards.

• Promoting re-use of common components and assets.

• Facilitating leadership and mentorship of technical development teams.

• Monitoring the overall progress of Workday technology implementation.

• Ensuring solutions align with business needs through collaboration.

• Extensive experience in designing and configuring Workday across Integration, Prism, Accounting Centre, Financial Management, and Reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of Workday security approaches and techniques.

• Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of the Workday platform.

• Familiarity with building within Azure cloud services.

• Experience in Continuous integration and automated deployments in Azure DevOps.

• Full life cycle development experience.

• Knowledge of design patterns and practical application.

• Ability to document solution designs effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Workday specific accreditation (eg, Workday Pro).

• Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork and negotiation.

• Strong analytical and technical abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles.

• Capability to assess both long-term and short-term perspectives of projects.

• Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to address business challenges.

• Quick comprehension of new technologies and their capabilities.
