• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM solutions (Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll).
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Finance.
• Strong technical background in Workday integrations and system architecture.
• Workday Certification (HCM, Finance, Integration).
• Knowledge of Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Cloud Connect).
