Summary: The Workday Product Architect role involves leading the technical architecture of a complex Workday ecosystem, requiring active SC clearance. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders and oversight of large-scale integrations within the Workday platform. The architect will ensure scalable and secure solutions while reporting to the Workday Product Group Owner. Proven experience in product/platform architecture and strong Workday expertise are essential for this contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end technical architecture of the Workday platform (including Peakon, Adaptive, Extend & Prism)
- Oversee large scale integrations with enterprise systems, including Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology
- Work closely with ERP DevSecOps teams, AMS suppliers and Workday support teams
- Provide architectural leadership and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions
- Report directly to the Workday Product Group Owner
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product/Platform Architect
- Strong Workday expertise across HCM, Core Finance, Studio Integrations, Adaptive, Extend, and Prism
- Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with ERP or adjacent enterprise systems
- Active SC Clearance is essential
