- Manage complex caseloads, including court work when required.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans.
- Work collaboratively with health professionals, families, and community services to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
Key Skills:
- Social Work England registered with at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and Safeguarding policies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced adult social care environment.
- Ability to prioritise work, manage risks, and work independently.
