  • Manage complex caseloads, including court work when required.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans.
  • Work collaboratively with health professionals, families, and community services to ensure the best outcomes for service users.

Key Skills:

  • Social Work England registered with at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and Safeguarding policies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced adult social care environment.
  • Ability to prioritise work, manage risks, and work independently.
  • Experience in court work and legal proceedings (desirable but not essential).
