Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support a Windows-based Live Service Network, including hosted applications.
  • Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues efficiently.

  • Assist in maintaining network security across departments.
  • Document processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Keep accurate records of network components, maintenance activities, and inventory using appropriate databases.
  • Offer technical on-call support on a rotational basis (out of hours, 1 week in 3).

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems and network fundamentals.
  • Experience running and maintaining a monthly security patching process.
  • PKI knowledge to support secure communications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise critical tasks, and escalate incidents when needed.
