Summary: The Windows Infrastructure Engineer role involves providing hands-on support and administration for both on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure, with a focus on End User Computing (EUC) platforms like JAMF and Microsoft Intune. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and administration across the entire IT infrastructure estate (on-premise and cloud).
- Deliver EUC support, particularly managing and improving JAMF and Intune platforms.
- Work closely with DevOps, InfoSec, and broader IT teams to streamline service delivery and enhance infrastructure reliability.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and ensure full InfoSec compliance across infrastructure operations.
- Maintain and support legacy applications as they operate within a modernised, cloud-first environment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in roles such as Enterprise System Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer/Architect, Platform Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server) and Microsoft Azure services.
- Solid experience supporting EUC environments, particularly with JAMF and Intune.
- Ability to support legacy applications operating in cloud-based ecosystems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across diverse platforms and systems.
