Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Windows 11 builds for enterprise environments.
• Manage OS deployment, image creation, and automation using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Group Policy, security baselines, and device configurations.
• Provide high-level technical support for Windows 11-related issues.
• Ensure seamless migration from previous OS versions and resolve compatibility issues.
• Support and maintain desktop security policies, including BitLocker, MFA, and endpoint protection.
• Work closely with third-party IT providers to ensure a secure and stable Windows 11 environment.
• Assist in patch management, software distribution, and compliance auditing.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of IT support & engineering experience.
• Expert in Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Strong experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell Scripting.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Experience with MFA, VPN, and endpoint security tools.
• Knowledge of Citrix, VMware, SharePoint, and O365 administration is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
