Summary: The Windows 11 Build & Deployment Engineer will play a crucial role in a nationwide project aimed at modernizing endpoint devices across UK retail branches. This hands-on position involves building, configuring, and deploying Windows 11 devices, along with providing both onsite and remote support. The role requires travel across the UK and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. The contract is for 6 months and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Windows 11 devices at customer premises for deployment
- Deploy and support Windows 11 across UK-based retail branches
- Provide remote support to resolve post-deployment software/configuration issues
- Offer onsite support for hardware swaps and issues requiring in-person resolution
- Ship and prepare remediation devices for branches with missed or faulty equipment
Key Skills:
- Full UK driving license (UK-wide travel required)
- Strong communication skills - able to guide branch colleagues through issue resolution
- Experience working with retail or branch-based environments is highly desirable
- Solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Windows 11
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device provisioning and management

We're seeking a hands-on Windows 11 Build & Deployment Engineer to support a nationwide rollout project modernising endpoint devices across UK retail branches and administrative locations. The role involves building, configuring, and deploying Windows 11 devices, with both onsite and remote support responsibilities.
Expenses: All travel expenses are claimable as per company policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Windows 11 devices at customer premises for deployment
- Deploy and support Windows 11 across UK-based retail branches
