Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the Immediacy channel P&L, including Sales, Gross Margin, and EBITDA.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews to track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Manage trade spend and investment budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the Immediacy sector.
  • Manage existing wholesale relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial discussions.
  • Negotiate annual contracts, terms, and conditions to protect business interests and margin.
  • Lead the strategy for seasonal peaks (e.g., Christmas, Summer), ensuring appropriate stock levels and tailored product offerings.
  • Define and implement pricing architectures that remain competitive while safeguarding underlying margins.

The Wholesale Account Manager – Immediacy role is a critical commercial role responsible for the end-to-end management of the Immediacy wholesale channel. This individual will have full accountability for the P&L, driving sustainable growth in sales, protecting underlying margins, and optimising EBITDA.
