Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Sales Manager to deliver sales growth across independent retailers and national retail partners.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with retailer partners, ensuring high standards of service and support.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose these to the Senior Sales Manager.
  • Act as a point of contact, resolving challenges and seizing growth opportunities.
  • Document discussions with retailers on product offerings and ensure proper display of products in-store and online.
  • Ensure visual merchandising reflects the brand and support retailers with correct POS.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Support retailers with store events, trade shows, and consumer shows throughout the year.
  • Submit promotional pricelists to the Senior Sales Manager using brand margin guidelines.
  • Deliver product presentations and toolkits to retail partners on time.
  • Complete sales forecasting with an accuracy of within 10% and suggest actions to grow sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Business Optimisation on NPD and admin-related tasks.

About the Role We are excited to welcome a passionate Wholesale Account Executive to represent Ickle Bubba in a maternity cover role. As a Wholesale Account Executive you’ll spend up to 50% of your time on the road, visiting retailers and building strong relationships and driving sales performance in the UK. When you are not on the road, you will be home-based sharing valuable insights with the Sales & Marketing teams and keeping us updated on all store-related activities. You’ll report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and will assist them on a weekly basis with sales forecasting and suggesting opportunities for growth and how we can achieve those. Main Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Growth · Support the Senior Sales Manager to deliver sales growth across independent retailers and national retail partners · Maintain and grow relationships with our retailer partners, ensuring a high standard of service and support and optimising sell through · Identify any growth opportunities and propose these to the Senior Sales Manager · Act as a point of contact, resolving challenges and seizing growth opportunities · Document discussions with retailers on product offering and ensure new products as well as key lines are displayed in store and online to aid brand awareness. · Ensure visual merchandising reflects the brand and the retailers are supported with correct POS · Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Provide feedback on these to the Senior Sales Manager · Support our retailers with store events, trade shows and consumer shows during weekends throughout the year · Submitting promotional pricelists to the Senior Sales Manager using brand margin guidelines but using own initiative to drive sales on selected products · Confidently deliver product presentations and toolkits to retail partners on time Commercial Reporting Complete sales forecasting that best reflect realities, working to an accuracy of within 10% and providing suggestions on actions that can be taken to grow sales or bridge gaps to budget as necessary Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing ensuring to reach deadlines set on assets required for NPD and POS Work closely with Business Optimisation to delegate completion of any admin related tasks such as; new line forms and admin related tasks on B2B Shopify
