Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions when required.
- Work within safeguarding procedures to protect vulnerable adults.
- Collaborate with health professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service development.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience in hospital social work or adult social care.
- Strong working knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding frameworks.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and multi-agency working skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
