Wellsite Supervisor - Completions

NES is currently seeking experienced Completion Consultants for an upcoming winter completion campaign in Alberta.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in the successful execution of a multi-well completion program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily completion operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Coordinate service providers and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor operational performance and costs
• Review and approve daily reports
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions in real time
• Maintain strong communication with operations teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Extensive completion operations experience
• Previous experience working as a Completion Supervisor or Completion Consultant
• Experience with multi-stage hydraulic fracturing operations
• Strong understanding of well completion programs, safety systems, and field execution
• Valid safety certifications and industry-required tickets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
