Key Responsibilities:

• Perform orbital TIG welding and manual tacking of tube components in various materials.
• Follow Data Cards, process specifications, engineering drawings, and Standard Work Instructions to ensure high-quality production.
• Operate, program, and maintain orbital TIG welding equipment and use precision measurement tools.
• Inspect own work post-welding to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
• Support the fabrication and finishing of welded assemblies, including various preparation and post-weld treatments.
• Contribute to Safety and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including risk assessments and lean events.

Key Skills:

• Experience in orbital TIG welding and manual welding.
