Summary: The role of Welder Fabricator involves the fabrication and welding of steel components according to specified drawings and standards. The position requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and welding of steel components to drawings and specifications
- Carrying out MIG, MAG, MMA (Stick), and Gas welding to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and weld symbols
- Ensuring weld quality, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Key Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication
- Competent in MIG, MAG, MMA, and Gas welding
- Experience working with structural steel and general fabrication
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Strong understanding of health & safety requirements

Working on behalf of our client based in Deeside. We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator.
