What are the essentials of the job? Working with the On Board and Station teams to provide our Customers with a safe, relaxing journey in a welcoming, friendly and professional way. Communicate effectively with On Board and Stations teams to create an amazing customer experience whilst being safe, always ensuring your own personal safety and that of others at all times. Assist customers with their travel needs, ensuring concise and accurate information is provided. Assist in duties at times of service disruption and emergencies ensuring that appropriate advice is relayed to customers. Provide assistance and information to customers use your initiative and empowerment when finding solutions to customers and other people's problems.

If you are successful you'll be placed in a Talent Bank. Various contracts available.
