They are changing the way they manage their websites and will be relaunching their websites onto a new CMS. In addition, they are launching a new App. We are looking for a talented Website Manager, to oversee the migration , optimize the website plus conversion testing. This is a fast-paced business and you will need to hit the ground running from day one. The Role:As the Website Manager, you will take ownership for the migration and changing CMS, maintenance, and optimization of their marketing websites. Working alongside the Content manager, you will ensure the websites are full of engaging content, compelling landing pages, and fully optimised for search engines. You will also work closely with a Web Content Specialist to implement website improvements. From day one You will support on the rollout of websites in new international markets.Website Migration - complex migration project that is multi-lingual and will involve changing CMSDevelop and maintain websites via our Drupal CMSMonitor website performance and make changes for an optimal user experience.Optimize website content for search and conversionKey Responsibilities:Website Development: Lead the development and implementation of website enhancements, updates, and new features Content Management: Manage website content, support creation of new webpages including troubleshooting technical issuesSEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.CRO: Monitor website performance metrics, analysis of data, and reporting for KPI sEssential:You need to be an Experienced Website Manager, preferably in the FinTech / Finance sector.Previously you will have run a complex migration project that involved changing CMSProficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS are essentialStrong knowledge of technical SEO principles and experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.Desirable skillsTech skills ideally examples of Visual CMS such as Builder.io , Contentful, Sitecore, Strapi, StoryblokInternational SEO.managing multiple domains + subdomains, setting up + maintaining hreflang tags, localising content for each marketExperience with a headless content management system (such as Storyblok, Contentful, Builder) and bug-fixing tools like BugHerd.
