Summary: The Website Lead will manage all aspects of the nBS website on an 18-month fixed-term contract, including the creation of a digital development roadmap and overseeing daily maintenance. This role is pivotal as the company embarks on a major website overhaul in 2025. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring office attendance in Solihull approximately 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create the website strategy for digital marketing, owning the plan, roadmap, reporting, and budget.
- Support the long-term aims of the business through the website.
- Monitor and evaluate website performance against KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Measure performance to gauge ROI and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish the website information architecture, site maps, and navigation.
- Ensure the website’s visual identity and tone of voice are on brand.
- Undertake tests to ensure website efficiency and quality with support from UX and SEO & PPC Leads.
- Project manage the programme of work determined by monthly reporting.
- Coordinate and execute ongoing website development projects in partnership with internal resources and external agencies.
- Source and commission third-party agencies for necessary technical development.
- Provide support, guidance, training materials, and troubleshooting to the wider Marketing Team.

- Experience managing projects with multiple workstreams across channels.
- Multitasking ability to complete various tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Agency management experience including campaign/design/development briefing.
- Content management systems (CMS) experience.
- Demonstrable digital marketing experience with a strong commercial focus.
- Experience with tools including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
